2 Week Support Package

What's included in the 2 Week 1:1 SUPPORT package:

1. Once you book you will be emailed a service agreement and a sleep questionnaire that provides me with a full overview of what your child’s day looks like and any sleep disruptions that are occurring. This will also screen for any red flags that could be contributing to your child’s sleep. Be sure to add in as much detail as possible as the more you give, the more I can understand
2. You will recieve a comprehensive and tailored sleep plan for your child that will be sent  1-2 days before you are ready to begin support.
3. You also have access to an optional phone call before or on the day of beginning to ensure you are a confident rockstar at implementing your changes.
4. UNLIMITED text/email support each day for 2 weeks to ask questions and troubleshoot where needed.  Excludes weekends.
5. This support also includes an in-depth analysis of your child's day/sleep logs every 2 days so I have a sound understanding of your child's entire day and can give advice and make changes where needed.

BUT OUR SUPPORT DOESN'T END THERE. You will also have access to one free Tune up email to use within 3 months of your end date. Limited to 2 emails. You will then be able to purchase a Tune Up Consult for $75 if you require in the future

PLUS: After our support ends, you will also recieve a 'Sleep Through The Years' Handbook so you can stay on track with any obstacle that will undoubtably come your way with your child's sleep, FOR FREE. This handout has it all. From awake windows, nap transitions, common sleep challenges, time changes, on-the-go travels, transitions to childcare, transitions to big-kid beds.
