Sleep Plan Only

This option is great for those that are needing the expertise of a sleep consultant but not in need of the on going 1:1 support.

What you will get:

1. An in-depth sleep questionnaire to fill out
2. A comprehensive, tailored sleep plan. NOTE: This will be written and sent through within 24 hours from your desired start date.
3. 2x support emails to go over any questions you might have prior to commencing or during your sleep training.
   Please note: the email support is only valid to be used in the first 2 weeks after your sleep plan has been sent to you. 

PLUS: You will also recieve a 'Sleep Through The Years' Handbook so you can stay on track with any obstacle that will undoubtably come your way with your child's sleep, FOR FREE. This handout has it all. From awake windows, nap transitions, common sleep challenges, time changes, on-the-go travels, transitions to childcare, transitions to big-kid beds.
